About Us

Founded by Roy Busick in 1989, Busick Brothers Machine began as a family-owned business with only a screw machine and a drill press that were operated part-time. Over the following 30 years, the Company succeeded through multiple economic cycles by staying true to its roots and focusing on the needs of the customer.

In 2021 Busick Brothers faced an inflection point, with family members desiring a transition that would carry the business into the future while also keeping it "in the family." This led to a transformation that has included a re-branding to Busick Machine; significant investments in machinery, technology and talent; receiving state certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE); and the addition of key leaders -- including a President with 20 years of experience investing in and leading companies and a Plant Manager with decades of experience in the machining industry.

Today, Busick Machine operates from a 10,000 square foot facility with multiple CNC swiss lines, turning centers, and mills; punch presses; a quality control center; and other equipment that allow us to provide exceptional customer service.
